2. Services Description

We provide professional boiler cleaning, maintenance, repair, and replacement services for residential and commercial properties in Gainesville, Florida and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Annual boiler cleaning and inspection
• Emergency boiler repair services
• Complete boiler replacement and installation
• Boiler tune-up and maintenance
• Water heater service and repair
• Gas line inspection and repair

3. Service Agreement

All services are provided based on a service agreement that outlines the specific work to be performed, timeline, and associated costs. By accepting our service proposal, you enter into a binding agreement for the specified services.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Service pricing is based on the specific requirements of each job. We provide written estimates before beginning work. Payment terms include:

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Emergency services may require a deposit or full payment upfront
• Additional work not outlined in the original agreement requires separate approval

5. Commitment and Liability

We provide a 90-day commitment on all labor and parts for services performed. This commitment covers defects in workmanship and materials provided by our company. The commitment does not cover:

• Damage resulting from misuse or neglect
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from external factors (storms, power surges, etc.)
• Pre-existing conditions not disclosed before service

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their heating system
• Ensuring reasonable access to the work area
• Following recommended maintenance schedules
• Notifying us of any system changes or issues promptly
• Securing pets and valuable items during service calls

7. Emergency Services

We offer 24/7 emergency boiler services for urgent situations that pose safety risks or threaten property damage. Emergency services are subject to additional fees and availability. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes an emergency situation.

8. Permits and Compliance

We are responsible for obtaining necessary permits for work performed and ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety regulations. Customers are responsible for any fees associated with permit acquisition that are not included in our service estimate.

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service call fee. We reserve the right to cancel services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

10. Insurance and Compliance

Gainesville Gas And Grill, LLC maintains all required state and local certifications for boiler services. We carry comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Our certification number and insurance information are available upon request.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, or business interruption, except where prohibited by law.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services should first be addressed through direct communication with our management team. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under Florida state law.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
